how do u make it work in the game once you've downloaded it?

Einen Schönen guten Abend an euch alle.
Ich habe mir heute den Nude Patch mal gezogen und entpackt....wie auch bei Sims 3 ist es ne Package Datei soweit ich gelesen habe. Mein Problem liegt nun darin das ich diese nicht installieren kann.
Bei Sims 3 gab es da ja soweit ich noch recht im Bilde bin ein Program mit dem Spiel welches installiert sein musste um Packages zu installieren!? Irre ich mich nun hier oder wie funktioniert das hier? Ich habe leider beim Spiel kein solches Program dabei. Ich erbitte um Hilfe! Danke euch!

Installations Hinweise gibt's im FAQ. In Kurz: Einfach in den Mods Ordner kopieren und fertig.

Please specify "that".
This is the Sims 4 Mosaic Censor remover. It works with the Sims 4. The Mosaic Remover for the Sims 3 works for the Sims 3. Or in other words if you are playing Sims 4 use Sims 4 Stuff, if you are playing Sims 3 user Sims 3 stuff.

i cant get this to work. it is the only mod file i have. do i need something else
