Hallo,
Du musst wenn ich mich recht erinnere einen neuen Sim erstellen und entsprechend den Skin bei der Hautfarbe auswählen.

This Skin does only work for new Sims. Um and ahm, my memory is sooo bad I thought the other Skins might have worked somehow for existing Sims but I am not sure it's too long ago that I last played Sims 2.
