Make sure you've got the right version.
Otherwise remove the censor remover from the package directory and check if the problem persists. Please report the outcome.

Hi,
Sure, you can get all you need for that on this website.
The mods you need are some nude clothes (
click) and a nude skin (
click). Same goes for male Sims.
