It seems to work with the latest expansion, Pets, v10.0.96 (which brought the base game to 1.26.89...I think). Though I'm having a lot of trouble right now getting save games to actually be usable. If it turns out it's this patch, I'll come back.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't think that it is related to the save game issue. You might want to check your object mods first as EA did some changes on how they work.

I'm retarded and can't figure out which folder to install it in. I keep getting errors about installation aborting. I'm trying My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 3 also tried The Sims 3/Mods and The Sims 3/Mods/Packages

You have to choose the folder where you installed "The Sims 3" to. Please post a screenshot of the error message.

I'm wondering if this problem is because I'm playing Sims 3 through Steam? Anyhow here are the errors.





After I click OK here I can still click next and seemingly continue on with the installation but nothing happens. Should I be installing in my Program Files/Sims 3 folder or My Documents/EA Games/Sims 3?

If the first then I'm having trouble finding a specific folder for sims 3 in program files due to Steam. I have however tried about six different installation places.
