This download allows your Sims to walk about naked in all circumstances. You can now set any outfit in any category to be topless, bottomless or both!

It will show your Sims real Skin thus it is worthwhile to have the "The Sims 3 - Nude Skins" or The Sims 3 - Nude Skins (shaven) installed. If you don't have it your Sims will, anatomically speaking be like a barbie doll.
