The Sims 3 Expansion - Rumours and Facts

Word is spreading that EA will release a new expansion on the 4th of July. It is said that the guys from Sims Planet 2 saw it listed at an online store. I double checked but the listing is either gone or was never there. Furthermore, they claim to have called the shop which confirmed that a "Hobby Expansion" is on the list of upcoming games. There are some more rumours flying around about a "Superstar Expansion" I guess we just have to wait a little longer to get some more reliable information.

Fact is that the standalone "CAS" will be released at the beginning of February and shortly after the "Design & High-Tech Stuff".


Hint for Europeans... I don't know if other shops have the special code to unlock the 'Platinum Record' in-game item, that play.com promises when pre-ordering "Design & High-Tech Stuff" but that store is a good (often cheap) alternative for games. If you know of any other shops offering that code please feel free and post them.
