xSIMS.de - Sexy Downloads for The Sims 4

Hey every one.
so I looked at the FAQ on how to install mods and I put the files in the right place but nothing is working. I am using:
Cameltoe Swimsuit
Default Female Nude Skins Shaven - Natural
The Sims 4 - Nude Mod / Clothes
but I can't seem to get them to work. am I missing a step like is there a program i need to you to install them of just download and put the files in?
the path I am using C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
if this is maybe the wrong path what is the correct one, any help I would be grateful.

Do you have a file called Resource.cfg in the mods folder? If not please download the attached file and copy it into that folder. Other than that you have to enable the use of mods in the games options menu.

OH ok I did'nt have mods active in the options. I didnt know that was a thing. Thank you.
