Can't download

Hello,

I'm trying to download The Sims 4 Nude Skins and everytime I chose the download button, I get this message:

You are currently not authorised to download this attachment.
You need to login or if not already first register to download files.
In case it is a Reward download you are trying to download you also have to be a xSIMS-Supporter.

I'm logged in, so I suppose there's an error.

Any idea?
